Episode #87 - Larry Plotnick - Play N Trade
Larry Plotnick, CEO of our Christmas in July partner Play N Trade, joins us for episode #87 of the Avault Podcast. Larry dropped by to not only talk about the awesome prizes we're giving away, but also about the company itself. When was the last time you played the real Space Invaders? Rob Donald from NaturalMotion also joins us this week. He actually took time off from watching the World Cup to share with us the unique development process the company employs and how they create such realistic animation. Meanwhile, Hell hath frozen over, and Billy bought an iPhone! Episode #86 - Mark, Chris & Bill - E3 Coverage / Part IV
This final E3 episode of the Avault Podcast has our team not only covering their last day in LA but providing a complete recap of the show. You'd think they'd be too tired to so much as lift a controller by now, but not our crew. They suited up Thursday morning to jump in the Mexican wrestling ring for Lucha Libre. Then it was over to Halo: Reach where Turks was able to experience its four person co-op. Meanwhile, Chris and Patrick were able to check out Sega's Vanquish, and Chris used those puppy dog eyes to get hands on with Kinect. Other last minute items they got to check out before everything shut down were Spec Ops: The Line, Mafia II, X-COM, the Nintendo 3DS (mind blowing), Dead Rising 2, Blacklight: Tango Down, LEGO Star Wars 3, The Old Republic (awesome), and Force Unleashed 2. The guys finally declare their Games of the Show, so tune in now to learn what they are!

Episode #85 - Mark, Chris & Bill - E3 Coverage / Part III
Patrick Watts joins the crew once again for the Avault Podcast's 2010 E3 coverage. The guys had a chance to check out the PC only MMO APB and its unique pricing structure (beta keys?), and then it was on to Bethesda and what might be the most “absolutely gorgeous” title thus far - Rage. That wasn't the only treat that our buddies at Bethesda had in store, however, as there was, of course, hands on time to be had with Fallout: New Vegas, and Hunted: The Demon's Forge. The guys then moved over to Warner Bros., where they had the opportunity to spend some time with Mortal Kombat, and F.E.A.R. 3. How many games can three guys and a Watts sample in one day? Episode #84 - Mark, Chris & Bill - E3 Coverage / Part II
Fresh from Pac Man's 30th birthday party, Patrick Watts joins the Avault Podcast team as they recap the previous night's Activision party and their second day at E3 2010. Nintendo's press conference made quite the impression, with such notable titles revealed as The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword (they couldn't wait to get hands on with it), Kirby's Epic Yarn and Epic Mickey, and, of course, the no glasses required 3DS. Then it was on to the show floor with Power Gig and their “realish” guitar, their visit with Harmonix and Rock Band 3 (real guitar), and after waiting in line for Gang Bang Burgers, EA's Bulletstorm and Dead Space 2. Episode #83 - Mark, Chris & Bill - E3 Coverage / Part I
Day 0 of our E3 coverage begins with the guys getting their bearings in LA, the EA press conference, and the Ubisoft press conference. The highlight of the evening for the team was Cliffy B's Bulletstorm, and they have a lot to say about their first impressions. Another title that really caught their attention during the EA press conference was Crysis 2. Will they finally trade in those Macs for gaming rigs? There's also chatter about Dead Space 2, the next Medal of Honor, Madden's new play call system, and Need for Speed. Ubisoft showcased Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, but other than that...the taco truck was back and really good! Joining the guys on Episode 75 of The Avault Podcast is Chris Avellone. Chris is the Lead Designer of the upcoming Obsidian RPG Alpha Protocol. Chris shares some details about the game, gives us insight into the creation of "The Espionage RPG" , and tells us what was really going on during some of the motion capture scenes in the game. Jamie dropped by to talk about Klei’s upcoming cinematic brawler, Shank, and how both the project and the company evolved. The conversation also veered into the realm of length vs. value in games, so this is definitely an episode that you won’t want to miss!
This was the week we had to say good-bye to Halo 2 multiplayer, so of course the guys had to spend some time reminiscing and sharing the game’s final moments on Xbox Live. There’s also some interesting discussion about Echochrome, Splinter Cell: Conviction, Ghost Recon, Just Cause 2, and the lack of stellar titles releasing at the moment.

Episode #72 - Michael Smith - Adrenaline Vault
Fresh from the convention floor of PAX East in Boston, our own Michael Smith joins the crew this week for Episode 72 of the Avault Podcast. Michael shared his experiences in Beantown, including beanbag chairs in the lobby to catch a nap between events, and a very impressive (leather-clad) Bayonetta. Though he didn’t brave the lines to get hands on with Red Dead Redemption, he did manage to get some play time with Shank, Dementium II, Prison Break, Mafia II and shared in a private demo of Two Worlds II.
